Absolutely. When configuring your event you can define who pays the fees. All fees are listed as a separate line item during checkout.

Yes. As a matter of fact, most businesses charge extra fees to offset POS processing fees and even generate additional revenue. You can configure fees per item, as well as per transaction. All fees are listed as a separate line item during checkout.

In general, we do not charge fees on free events. However, based on feedback from our clients (business owners and operators) and to ensure positive experience for your customers, some restrictions and safeguards apply to free events and free tickets.

If your event is completely free (meaning you offer ONLY free tickets), then tickets are limited to general admission (i.e. no seat assigments) and the event is limited to 100 attendees. If you want all features of paid tickets, or your free event has 100+ people, you can simply swtch your event to "Freemium" for a fixed fee.

If a free ticket requires a customer to complete/sign a waiver, you may be charged a small fee for waiver submissions (or you can add a waiver service subscription to a free event).

Memberships are essentially tickets that are automatically "renewed" and charged after a certain time. You can offer your members monthly, quarterly, yearly, or custom subscriptions plans. Each time the membership is renewed, platform fees are applied.

There are no upfront costs or hidden fees. We do offer subscriptions for stand-alone services like Waivers and SMS Notifications for free event organizers. For example, if you only host free events, but require signed waivers, you may want to add a waiver subscription instead of paying for individual waiver submission (waiver submissions are included in paid ticket fees).
